When is it?
Saturday 15th July, 2023 (10am – 3pm).
What is it?
The Athleticademix Men’s Soccer Showcase is a fantastic opportunity for current Athleticademix athletes and any individuals interested in learning more about the US scholarship process.
For clients, it’s a chance to obtain more match video footage to add to your promotional material.
For non-clients, the Showcase enables players and parents to come and hear about the US College recruitment process and university system in detail from the experts at Athleticademix. We will present information to you and answer questions. Players take part in the Showcase game and will receive detailed feedback about their opportunities in America following the event.

Schedule for the day:
- 10:00am – Arrival at Downhill
- 10:10am – Welcome briefing
- 10:20am – Players go to get changed (kit will be provided)
- 10:45am – Warm-up begins
- 11:15am – Kick-off Showcase game
- 1:00pm – End of game, debrief & players go to get changed
- 1:30pm – Presentation on U.S Soccer Scholarships
- 3:00pm- End of Presentation and debrief.
Event Details
Cost:
£40 per player.
*Athleticademix clients attend free of charge.
What to bring on the day:
Football boots for 3G pitch
Shin pads
Athleticademix will provide playing kits!
Water/sports drink
Warm-up top/waterproof jacket
Change of clothes
Medical waiver form (if not returned prior to event)
Any medication/inhalers etc. that you require
Additional Information:
Water, snacks/fruit will be provided for players and parents on the day. There is a cafe on site for food and hot/cold drinks too.
A fully qualified physio will be present for the event.
Free car parking is available on site.
Showcase game will be professionally filmed and the recording made available to all Athleticademix clients.
