Zac is predominately a 400Hurdler who competes for Portsmouth AC and Hampshire at National level.
Zac has also tried to hand at the decathlon and has some very impressive marks in both throwing and jumping events.
His current PBs stand at:
400M – 51s
400MH – 56s
200M – 22.8s
High Jump – 1.65M
