About Ollie

Ollie Uren is a talented, versatile Back who can open up opposition defences with speed and agility. His ball-handling skills, creativity and runs off the ball enable him to remain a constant threat when in possession, or off the counter-attack. Ollie’s kicking is another key attribute, enabling him to turn the opposition’s backs and find space/territory inside their 22.

Ollie attends Queen Ethelburga’s School, a top independent school in York, England. QE boast one of the most elite school Rugby programs in the UK and he has been a key figure of the team’s success over the past two seasons. He has also represented his county, Yorkshire, on numerous occasions, and played for Selby RUFC’s senior team.

Positionally, Ollie has played mostly as a Winger or at 15. He is also a Kicker and has featured as a Fly Half, too.

Academically, Ollie is on a 3.2 GPA but this will be finalised once he receives his final transcripts from High School in Summer 2021 when he graduates.
