About Mia

Mia Day is a Right Back available for Fall 2027.

She plays for MK Dons U18 and Women’s First Team, making her First Team debut at aged 16.

Defensively Mia is sound on the ball. She is capable of playing passes out, or driving into space herself. She can be a real attacking threat by not being afraid to make overlapping runs, down the wing, becoming more of a Right Wing Back. When she is higher up she can put in dangerous crosses, or turn back and play the simple pass to create more space for her team to be effective.

In the 23/24 season she won Player of the Season. She also played for the JPL National Rep Team.

Mia’s approx GPA is 3.0 and she will take the SAT in June 2026.
