About Jake

Jake van Cutsem is a 6’5″ Central Defender from the United Kingdom. He is a Fall 2028 recruit who will graduate from high school in Summer 2027 (so may also consider Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 opportunities).

Jake represents his school team, Shrewsbury School, on a national level. The school’s 1st Team trains on a daily basis with full time, professional coaches and competes against some of the strongest independent schools in the country. They are members of the Hudl League and take part in ISFA competitions.

Jake is comfortable in possession and can play as part of a CB-pairing or a Back-3. His height makes him a very strong aerial presence at both ends of the pitch and he is physically very strong when contesting for the ball.
