About Emily

Emily Newcomb is a Right Midfielder available for Fall 2026.

She currently plays for AFC Sudbury Women First Team, who play in Tier 4 of the football pyramid in the FA Women’s National league Division 1- Southeast.

Emily’s favoured position is out wide on the Left or Right Wing, or as a wide Forward. She can also play a central role in Midfield.

She was the youngest player to be selected for the AFC Sudbury Women’s First Team, in the English FA Women’s National League, at the age of 16 years in November 2024. Emily has represented her county (Suffolk) at U16 age group as well as being recruited for the England FA Lionesses Pathway, having successfully trialled with Ipswich Town FC from U12 to U16’s.
