About Cub

Cub Maddison is a Fall 2026 recruit from the UK, currently training & competing with Putteridge Swimming Club in Bedfordshire.  He is a well-rounded regional swimmer, with a particular strength in Breaststroke, although he demonstrates a strong ability across all strokes except Backstroke. 

Cub has shown significant progress in his main events during the recent Short Course Meters (SCM) season and appears set to continue this consistent improvement into the Long Course Meters (LCM) season.

His current PB times are as follows:

100m Breast – 1:00.65 SCY – (1:07.33 SCM)

200m Breast – 2:16.93 SCY – (2:32.00 SCM)

200 IM – 2:04.39 SCY – (2:18.20 SCM)

200 Free – 1:53.17 SCY – (2:05.43 SCM)

Cub is a very solid student with a current GPA of 3.2 (approx.). This will continue to be updated throughout the school year ahead.
