About Amelia

Amelia Bloom is an exciting, attacking player who currently leads the line for Arsenal FC (U21 WSL Academy side).

Fall 2024 recruit.

She is naturally a #9 Forward, but can drift wide and pose a threat on either wing, or drop deep and play behind a striker.

Amelia plays with pace and tenacity. She has an outstanding work ethic off the ball, both in terms of putting pressure on the opposition and also making runs into space when her team have the ball.

She possesses very good pace and likes to stretch teams by getting in behind the back-line and driving at them in the attacking third.

Equally, she can also play with her back to goal and enable teammates to get forward/combine in transition.

In the box, Amelia has a natural instinct and anticipates play very well – often scoring goals from close range in addition to some clinical finishes from different angles.

Academically, Amelia is doing very well and maintains a 4.0 GPA.
