About Aaliah

Aaliah Barwick is a fast, athletic full-back/wing-back who plays for the Liverpool FC U21 Development Academy team in the highest level academy league in England.

She can play on either side as a Full-back and Wing-back, and has also had significant experience as a Winger. Aaliah possesses excellent speed and work ethic, offering a lot to her team defensively and offensively. She enjoys beating players in 1v1 situations and getting into the final third. Equally, she is also difficult to beat in 1v1 situations owing to her pace and natural athleticism.

Aaliah also demonstrates good vision and ability to pass through zones. Her running off the ball enable her to create space for herself or teammates and her acceleration aids her ability to get past players and/or recover defensively.

Aaliah is a Fall 2023 recruit and scored 1160 (total) on her first SAT attempt in May, 2022. Her GPA is 4.0.
